Standard Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 30 days of purchase. Conditions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. We offer easy self-service return options for our customers. Carrier return shipping fees are $9.95 unless otherwise stated.

Bring your item(s) and receipt, packing slip or order confirmation email to receive a refund or credit. If you can't find your receipt, ask about our receipt look up.

Most credits are posted to your personal credit card or Belk Rewards credit card within 15 business days from the time that your returned merchandise is received. For more information, visit our FAQ page.
