Our “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” service allows customers to place an order at
belk.com and pick it
up later that day* from select stores at no additional cost.
*Orders placed after 1PM will be available the next business day. |

1. Choose store pickup on eligible items when placing an order at belk.com
2. Wait for an email confirming your order is ready for pick up. Items are usually ready in up to 4 hours. 3. Bring a photo ID and your confirmation email to the in-store pick up area. |

| Each store will have a designated area for “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” orders. There will be signs to guide customers. |

| The Store Locator lets you create a list of Belk locations near you, access directions and view store hours and contact information. |
| Our most popular women's and men's apparel, juniors' and kids' apparel, shoes, cosmetics, fragrances, accessories, home products and Wedding Registry items are available online. Each month, more of our exciting brands will be added to the website. The product assortment may occasionally differ between Belk stores and the belk.com website. |
| Belk accepts the Belk Rewards Card as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. |
| Registering with belk.com has numerous advantages. Not only will signing up in advance speed the ordering process, it will also allow you to view a history of all past orders, access a shopping bag from any personal computer, and receive email updates about special promotions and store events. |
Fitting Rooms
| We want to keep you as safe as possible when you shop with us. We’ve opened select fitting rooms in each store to ensure each fitting room is properly staffed and frequently disinfected. We are also removing all clothing, hangers and tags after each customer uses the fitting room and practicing social distancing. |
| We are frequently disinfecting high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, hooks and handles, as well as removing all clothing, hangers and tags after each customer uses the fitting room. |
| To ensure each fitting room is properly staffed, we’ve opened select fitting rooms in each store. In most stores, this includes one women’s and one men’s fitting room so that everyone is able to easily try on products (children are welcome to use either one!). |
