Run big
Nice boot. The gray color is just what I wanted. The ankle height is good and does not dig in. However, the boot does run big, and I need to return for a half size smaller.

Got this bootie one navy

Jayda Boot
The boots are very soft and the quality is great. I am however, needing to exchange them for a smaller size and am having difficulty finding a way to return or exchange them. Any help in that area would be great as I can't wear them in the size I ordered and received.
