A beautiful set of substantial cookware
I purchased a 12" frying pan with led to find out if I'd like this brand. They are heavy duty and cooked evenly with no sticking. I did use butter or oil, as suggested, for my first few uses. I absolutely loved the hammered copper appearance of the exterior and ended up purchasing the 10 piece set.
However, the set of 10 is a washed out color and you can definitely see a difference when they are compared to my original test pan. I kept the set, but I certainly is disappointing. Also, if you plan on hanging these from a pot rack as I do, please note that you can't store the glass lids on the handle, which creates a storage/space problem.

Gotham Streel Pan
I purchased pan 9/17/2021.It was GREAT the first 2 weeks But, then food started sticking & was difficult to clean. I'm very disappointed because I told all my friends about the pan only to find its not as GREAT as promised..

Beautiful set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I would recommend using bar keepers friend cleaner when cleaning these pots and pans so they don’t rust. When using copper anything you have to know how to take care of them. Although this set isn’t non stick, I haven’t encountered any issues with sticking just as long as you clean them properly. The set itself is just stunning. The copper makes them stand out and can go with any kitchen decor. I feel these pots and pans heat up way faster then any of my others which is a huge plus when your in a hurry. The handles are great as they don’t get to hot with cooking. The sauce pan is my favorite. Great depth and again heats up fast.

And I have spent lots of money replacing pots and pans over the years but this hammered copper set is the best ever!! I have never once had a true non stick until now!! Just wow. They are gorgeous. And the quality is out of this world.

Awesome pans!
