Definitely not true to size
Top cute but skimped on fabric! Runs very small about 2 sizes would be my guesstimate. Sleeves very tight also. Priced to sell but unfortunately can't wear an probably not worth the shipping to return. Ordered gifts for my granddaughter too and hope they fit ok as not given yet as for birthday

Can't beat $10
I just bought this at the store. I usually wear a size 16 or XL in cotton tops. Got the XL in this top. It is incredibly long in the waist and sleeves, but tight in the upper arm. It does not stretch much. It is not that comfortable, but it was cute and was only $10. I may hem the sleeves leaving the extra cloth turned under, so the right side of the fabric will show if I decide to cuff the sleeve over a jacket. The wrong side of the fabric is white and does not match the outside. Due to the strange "fit" of this top, there is no way I would have paid full price.
