Dot may be great but service is tricky at best
Found my old dot that had been working just fine. The poor dot just will not power up or reset. I'm thinking maybe a kill order was sent to all older dots just to get customers to buy this new one on sale.

Alexa has become my new BBF
I have two Echo Dot 3rd Generation speakers. One for my kitchen and one for my bedroom. I can keep up with the news, ask questions, and enjoy music while moving from one room to the other. Also programming to call for help in case of an emergency. Many great features.

Great Echo product!
Got this little guy about a month ago and I was so pleased with the ease of setup. Since I have other Alexis items in my house, I didn't want to confuse it and this Echo allows you to refer to it as Echo, Amazon, Alexis, and others. That made it easy for me to use. The speaker has great sound and the only thing I wish is that it were wireless. Other than that it's the perfect little item. Great price.
