| Single use coupons are coupons with a 16-digit barcode that are unique to each individual customer. No two coupon codes are alike. |
| Our single use coupons can be used like any other coupon. On belk.com or in the Belk app, enter the 16-digit coupon code in your shopping bag. In Belk stores, simply show your code to the associate at the register. |
| If your coupon has not been used the maximum number of times or has not expired, you may use it to place multiple orders until the maximum number of uses is reached or the coupon expires, whichever comes first. |
| First, make sure you entered your coupon code correctly. If it still doesn’t work, check to make sure your expiration date and/or number of uses has not been met, then double check any brand exclusions on the coupon. | You may not reuse coupons on any returned or canceled orders. |
Belk Rewards Dollars
| Belk Reward Dollars are reward certificates earned by using your Belk Rewards+ credit card for purchases. You will earn points with every eligible purchase at Belk, belk.com or anywhere Mastercard is accepted with your Belk Rewards+ Mastercard. Earned BRDs (Belk Reward Dollars) are issued in $5 increments and can be found in the Belk App, your belk.com account, at POS or in your monthly billing statement. Promotional BRDs are periodically emailed to cardholders as a $10 certificate. Each $5 or $10 BRD certificate includes a 15-digit number that can be applied toward your next Belk purchase at store checkout, belk.com or App checkout. |
| For every dollar in eligible net purchases made with your Belk Rewards+ credit card, you can earn 4, 5 or 7 points per dollar spent on Belk purchases depending on your eligible tier. Belk Rewards+ Mastercard® cardholders can also earn 2 points per dollar spent on gas and grocery purchases and 1 point per dollar spent on all other purchases everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Each time you earn 500 points you will receive $5 Belk Reward Dollars. |
| Belk Reward Dollars can be redeemed in Belk stores, online at belk.com or in the Belk App towards purchases made with your Belk Rewards+ credit card. To redeem in store, have an associate either scan your QR Code (in your Belk APP), lookup your account using your Belk Rewards+ card or hand them your Belk Reward Dollars. To redeem online or in the Belk App, apply the Belk Reward Dollars in your shopping bag or at checkout. Belk Reward Dollars may be redeemed only one time (based on certificate number), even if delivered in multiple formats. |
| Yes. Belk Reward Dollars can be used on top of coupons. You may also use multiple Belk Reward Dollars toward your Belk purchase. |
| Each time you earn 500 Reward Points, you will receive $5 in Belk Reward Dollars. The Belk Reward Dollars are available for use within ~7 days of your in-store purchase or belk.com purchase and are valid for 60 days. Promotional Belk Reward Dollars may be sent for events like a cardholder's Birthday, Anniversary or other promotional events. The promotional Belk Reward Dollars will be sent to you via Mail or Email and are valid only for the designated timeframe. Please see terms associated with the promotional events. Promotional Belk Reward Dollars are not eligible to be reissued. |
| You will receive the points back in your Belk Rewards+ loyalty account. |
| If an online order has been cancelled and you used earned Belk Reward Dollars, those Belk Reward Dollars will be reinstated on the account immediately after the order is cancelled. You should be able to see the BRDs within your Belk Rewards+ account online as well as be able to use them at any Belk store or online at belk.com. |

| Some of the brands that Belk carries in store and online do not allow for their merchandise to be discounted or discounted more than a specified percent off. When coupon exclusions do apply, Belk provides an online link to the specific restrictions. |
Belk Bucks
| Belk Bucks is a coupon program that allows you to earn discount coupons for use in stores or online at belk.com. You can earn a $15 off $75 Belk Bucks coupon with a minimum $75 qualifying purchase before tax & Shipping. Belk Bucks are not cash. |
| Belk Bucks are earned during special earning periods in store and online at belk.com. During earning periods, Belk Bucks can be earned even when applying other discounts and offers to your purchase. When you spend a minimum $75 in a single day (before tax and shipping) during the earning period in store, you will receive one $15 off $75 Belk Bucks coupon attached to your purchase receipt for a future purchase. The Belk Bucks you will receive online is based on the total amount of an eligible single transaction at Belk.com, before tax and shipping. |
| For in store purchases, a Belk associate will include any Belk Bucks coupons earned with your receipt at the register. For online purchases, any Belk Bucks earned will be emailed to you after your purchase. |

| Redeem your Belk Bucks during the specified redemption period at Belk stores by giving your coupon to the associate or by entering the promo code on the back of your Belk Bucks online in the coupon section of your shopping bag. You may redeem multiple Belk Bucks coupons during the redemption period. |
| Yes! Belk Bucks are stackable with other promotional offers, codes and coupons. Redeem them on regular, sale and clearance purchases for $15 off a single transaction with an eligible qualifying purchase of $75 or more, before tax and shipping. |
